The Salem Keizer Area Transportation Study (SKATS) has released the DRAFT FY 2018-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and associated Air Quality Conformity Determination (AQCD) for public review and comment.
The FY 2018-2023 Transportation Improvement Program guides investment in the area’s surface transportation for the federal fiscal years 2018 through 2023. The Air Quality Conformity Determination details how the projects meet the required air quality standards.
