The Salem-Keizer Area Transportation Study (SKATS) will host an Open House on the draft FY 2018-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) on Wednesday, March 22nd from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the offices of the MWVCOG located at 100 High Street SE, Suite 200 in Salem, Oregon.
