Building Permit Reports

The "Building Permit Data and Population Estimates for the Salem-Keizer Area" report is produced quarterly. Data are compiled for the greater Salem-Keizer area from the city of Salem and Marion and Polk counties. Population estimates are calculated based on new housing units only, with the official decennial Census count as the base. Estimates are intended for use as a planning guide and are not official estimates for the area. The following reports are available in PDF format:
