Census and Data Services

The Technical Services Department operates as a regional Census Data Center Affiliate through a cooperative program with the US Department of Census and the Oregon State Data Center (the Center for Population Research and Census, PSU).

The MWVCOG Census Data Center assists agencies in Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties with the analysis of Census, Census-related and custom demographics studies. The MWVCOG warehouses electronic Census information, population estimates, population projections and other related demographic data.
