We'd like your comments and suggestions

Two amendments--one to the SKATS 2031 RTSP and one to the FY 08-FY 11 TIP-- have been prepared and are being released for public comment. The public comment period will culminate in a Public Hearing during the January 26, 2010, SKATS Policy Committee meeting. The meeting will be held on that date at 12:00 o'clock (noon) in the main conference room at the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments, 109 High St. SE, Salem, OR. It is anticipated that the SKATS Policy Committee will adopt the two amendments during that meeting.

The Air Quality Conformity Determination (AQCD) for the amendments to the RTSP and TIP is also available for review.
