How to reach us or visit our office.
The offices for the Council of Governments are located at 105 High Street SE in downtown Salem. Normal office hours are 8 a.m. to noon, and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed on major holidays.
The main phone line is 503-588-6177. Materials may be faxed to us at 503-588-6094.
The office is located six blocks from the Salem Transit Center (on Church Street between Marion and Union), which is served by Cherriots, CARTS and SMART. On-street vehicle parking is available, and there is a public lot located just west of High Street on State Street. The map below shows parking options near the office. There is also a bike rack located near the front door on High Street.
