The Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments’ Annual Meeting & Dinner will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at Chemeketa Community College’s Eola Viticulture Center, 215 Doaks Ferry Road NW, Salem, Oregon.

Please complete a registration form and return it, with payment of $35 per person, to the MWVCOG offices by Friday, January 13, 2017.

The agenda for the evening includes a celebration of the region, member highlights, and the presentation of our annual awards for an elected official, staff/volunteer, and regional project demonstrating the successful application of principles of intergovernmental cooperation.

The buffet dinner will include: a choice of Hazelnut Chicken in Pear Sauce with Bleu Cheese or Prime Rib entrees, with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Salad, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, other side dishes and dessert. The no-host bar (available during the social hour) will serve wine and microbrew beers. A variety of non-alcoholic beverage choices will be available during dinner.

The Annual Meeting is for everyone—spouses and friends are encouraged to attend.

Cancelation Policy: Due to catering requirements, any cancelations after January 18^th will be billed for the full amount due. Please note that we cannot take credit card payments at this time.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
