Local Food Promotion Program

Grantor: United States Department of Agriculture-Agriculture Marketing Service

Develop, coordinate, and expand local and regional food business enterprises that engage as intermediaries in indirect producer to consumer marketing to help increase access to availability of locally and regionally produced agriculture products. Eligible Applicants include Local Governments, Federally Recognized Tribes, Nonprofits, Agricultural Business or Cooperative, Producer Networks or Association, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Network or Associations, Food Council, Public Benefit Corporation, ED Corporation, and Regional Farmers Market Authority.
