Notice of MWVCOG Supplemental Budget Hearing

Supplemental Budget # 1 for FY 2021-22

A public hearing on a proposed supplemental budget for the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments, Marion County, State of Oregon for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 will be held at 100 High Street, STE 200 Salem Oregon 97301. The hearing will take place December 14, 2021 at 3:30 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the supplemental budget with interested persons.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, the meeting will be held virtually and instructions to watch remotely will be posted on the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments website at Public comments will be accepted in two formats: written or phone testimony. Written comments may be submitted to until noon on December 13, 2021 or mailed to MWVCOG, Attn: Scott Dadson, Budget Officer, 100 High Street SE, Suite 200, Salem, OR 97301. To be included in the record, comments must include the commenter’s full name and address or email address. Anyone who wishes to testify during the virtual meeting must pre-register at no later than noon on December 14, 2021. Registrants will be called during the public comment period of the budget committee at approximately 3:30pm on December 14, 2021 to provide their testimony.

A copy of the supplemental budget may be inspected or obtained after December 1, 2021 at 100 High Street, STE 200 Salem Oregon 97301 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.  Major changes, if any, and their effect on the budget, are explained below.
