Title VI Complaint Process and Form

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on gender, disability, age, and income status. SKATS has developed a Title VI Plan to ensure all citizens in the Salem-Keizer area have a voice and are considered during the development of plans and projects. Should an individual believe their input has not been considered, a complaint form is available, as well as the process used in the region to review complaints.
