Comment on Amendments to the SKATS FFY 2024-29 TIP

June 10 to noon June 24, 2025, the Salem-Keizer Area Transportation Study (SKATS) requests public input on the following amendments to the federal fiscal year 2024-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Project details can be found below (click the links below for additional information):

• Amendment 25-10: Update project description for Key # 21902 Transit Urban (5307) Formula Capital Projects 2021 SKT. Delete work related to "site improvements and facilities" and add work related to "software and facility improvements."
• Amendment 25-11: Update project name and description for Key # 21903 from capital improvements to operating expenses. Increase Other phase by $1,303,091 to include local match for operating expenses eligible for 50/50 match rate.
• Amendment 25-12: Update project name and description for Key # 21909 from capital improvements to operating expenses. Increase Other phase by $1,327,552 to include local match for operating expenses eligible for 50/50 match rate.
